NgHerbs undertakes to honour or exceed the legal requirements of medical/health information privacy that apply in Nigeria.

We may receive personal data about you from various third parties and public sources as set out below Technical Data from the following parties: (a) analytics providers such as Google. (b) search information providers such as Google, Yahoo or Firefox based inside or outside the EU. https://www.ngherbs.com uses an order form for customers to request products and services. We collect visitor’s contact information (like their email address and phone numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders to our customers. The customer’s contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below. Financial information that is collected by Pastack or Paypal is used to bill the user for products and services. Financial information (i.e. Credit/Debit Card information) is not kept and in most cases not seen by NgHerbs. Newsletter subscriptions require contact information such as name and email address. The customer’s contact information is used to contact the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below. THE DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances: Where we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you.
